我国成功发射遥感四十七号卫星

In June 2024, China successfully launched the Yaogan-47 remote sensing satellite into its planned orbit using a Long March-2D carrier rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center. The mission was completed flawlessly, highlighting continued progress in China’s remote sensing satellite technology.The Yaogan-47 satellite is primarily designed for scientific experiments, land resource surveys, crop yield estimation, disaster prevention and mitigation, and urban planning. Equipped with high-resolution optical imaging instruments and multispectral sensors, it offers strong Earth observation capabilities, high data accuracy, and wide coverage. The collected remote sensing data will significantly support government decision-making, resource management, and emergency response efforts.This launch marks the 520th flight of the Long March rocket series, further demonstrating the reliability and maturity of China’s space launch systems. As a key component of national space infrastructure, remote sensing satellites not only serve economic development but also play a vital role in national security and global environmental monitoring. Moving forward, China plans to expand its remote sensing satellite constellation to enhance all-weather, day-and-night, and global Earth observation capabilities, providing robust data foundations for building a digital and intelligent society.
