The Ministry pointed out that decoupling or disrupting supply chains serves no one’s interest and would only destabilize global industrial linkages and increase costs for green transitions and high-tech industries. China urges relevant countries to engage in constructive cooperation to jointly safeguard the stability and security of global supply chains.Meanwhile, China is accelerating high-quality development in its rare earth industry, promoting environmentally friendly mining practices and recycling, and enhancing strategic resource management—measures that reflect both domestic sustainability goals and global responsibility.
