Recently, Great Wall Motor officially unveiled its new native AI-powered full-energy platform, named ‘GuiYuan.’ This platform represents a significant breakthrough in the company’s integrated strategy of electrification and intelligent driving, aiming to create a highly integrated, scalable, and self-learning intelligent powertrain architecture. The ‘GuiYuan’ platform deeply integrates AI algorithms, vehicle control logic, and multi-energy power management, supporting various drive modes including pure electric, hybrid, and range-extended configurations. Leveraging large AI models, it enables real-time analysis and optimization of driving habits, road conditions, and energy consumption. The platform also features OTA (Over-the-Air) update capabilities, allowing continuous performance and user experience enhancements. Emphasizing a ‘native AI’ philosophy, ‘GuiYuan’ is designed from the ground up with AI at its core—rather than adding AI as an afterthought—to deliver more efficient, safer, and personalized mobility solutions. Great Wall Motor announced that the first vehicle based on this platform will enter mass production in the second half of 2024 and will be rolled out across its brands, including Haval, WEY, and Tank, accelerating the company’s global transition toward electrification and intelligence.
