绿色甲醇项目规划如火如荼

In recent years, as countries worldwide accelerate efforts toward carbon neutrality, green methanol has emerged as a promising clean and low-carbon energy carrier. Green methanol is produced by combining green hydrogen—generated via electrolysis of water using renewable energy sources like wind and solar—with captured carbon dioxide, resulting in a near-zero-emission production process. Currently, numerous provinces and cities across China are actively advancing the planning and construction of green methanol projects, spanning technology R&D, pilot demonstrations, and industrial-scale deployment, reflecting a surge of momentum in this sector. For instance, regions such as Inner Mongolia and Ningxia, endowed with abundant wind and solar resources, have launched mega-scale green methanol initiatives targeting annual production capacities of one million tons. Meanwhile, downstream applications—including transportation, marine fuels, and chemical feedstocks—are rapidly expanding. On the policy front, China’s ’14th Five-Year Plan for a Modern Energy System’ explicitly endorses the development of green methanol, providing institutional support. Green methanol not only facilitates the transition toward a cleaner energy mix but also plays a critical role in decarbonizing heavy industry and maritime shipping, making it a key component of the future energy landscape.

近年来,随着全球碳中和目标的推进,绿色甲醇作为清洁低碳的能源载体备受关注。绿色甲醇是以可再生能源(如风能、太阳能)电解水制取绿氢,再与捕集的二氧化碳合成而成,整个生产过程几乎不产生碳排放。当前,中国多个省市正积极推进绿色甲醇项目规划与建设,涵盖技术研发、示范工程到产业化布局,呈现出‘如火如荼’的发展态势。例如,内蒙古、宁夏等地依托丰富的风光资源,启动了百万吨级绿色甲醇项目;同时,交通运输、船舶燃料及化工原料等下游应用场景也在加速拓展。政策层面,《‘十四五’现代能源体系规划》明确提出支持绿色甲醇发展,为其提供制度保障。绿色甲醇不仅有助于实现能源结构转型,还可助力重工业和航运业脱碳,是构建新型能源体系的重要一环。
