The Qianxinan Discipline Inspection Commission emphasized that stricter oversight will be implemented across all stages of public institution hiring to crack down on unethical practices such as ‘customized’ or ‘favoritism-based’ recruitment, ensuring transparency, fairness, and legal compliance. This case serves as a warning to all departments to enforce institutional rules rigorously and prevent abuse of power to uphold social equity and justice.
