动力电池报废的破局之路

With the rapid growth of new energy vehicles, a massive wave of retired power batteries is quietly approaching. How to efficiently and sustainably manage end-of-life batteries has become an urgent industry challenge. Currently, battery recycling faces three major hurdles: an underdeveloped collection system, lack of standardized protocols for cascade utilization, and insufficient economic viability of recycled materials. The solution lies in establishing a closed-loop ecosystem encompassing production, use, recycling, and reuse. On one hand, regulatory frameworks must be strengthened—clarifying responsibilities among automakers, battery producers, and recyclers—and a nationwide traceability platform should be implemented. On the other hand, technological innovation is essential to enhance automated disassembly and improve metal recovery rates, thereby reducing processing costs. Additionally, novel business models such as ‘vehicle-battery separation’ and ‘battery-as-a-service’ can effectively extend battery lifespans and boost resource efficiency. Only through coordinated efforts in policy guidance, technological breakthroughs, and market mechanisms can we achieve truly sustainable, full-lifecycle management of power batteries, providing solid support for global carbon neutrality goals.

随着新能源汽车的迅猛发展,动力电池的大规模退役潮正悄然来临。如何高效、环保地处理报废电池,已成为行业亟需破解的难题。当前,动力电池回收主要面临三大挑战:回收体系不健全、梯次利用标准缺失以及再生材料经济性不足。破局之路在于构建‘生产—使用—回收—再利用’的闭环生态。一方面,应加快完善法规政策,明确车企、电池厂与回收企业的责任分工,推动建立全国统一的溯源管理平台;另一方面,需加强技术创新,提升电池拆解自动化水平和金属回收率,降低处理成本。同时,探索‘车电分离’‘电池银行’等新型商业模式,可有效延长电池生命周期,提升资源利用效率。唯有通过政策引导、技术突破与市场机制协同发力,才能真正实现动力电池全生命周期的绿色循环,为碳中和目标提供坚实支撑。
