This collaboration is expected to enhance both parties’ pricing power and risk resilience in the commodity markets while strengthening national strategic resource security.Furthermore, the two companies expressed their intent to jointly explore innovative cooperation models in digitalized supply chains, recycled metal utilization, and carbon neutrality pathways, aligning with China’s national ‘dual carbon’ goals.
