Baogang Group also emphasized that safety performance will be integrated into its annual evaluation system, and strict accountability measures will be enforced against any units or individuals whose negligence or inadequate measures lead to accidents. This move underscores the company’s strong commitment to employee well-being and its sense of social responsibility as a major state-owned enterprise.
