Additionally, he stressed the importance of improving oversight mechanisms to ensure fiscal funds are used precisely and efficiently, directly benefiting farmers and agricultural operators. Han also called for enhanced policy coordination between fiscal measures, finance, and insurance to foster a diversified investment framework that stimulates endogenous growth in rural areas, providing solid support for China’s goal of becoming a strong agricultural nation.
