用“硬手段”破解新能源汽车产业痛点

Second, expanding and optimizing the charging network—particularly through integrated ‘solar-storage-charging-discharging’ infrastructure—can alleviate range and recharging concerns. Additionally, accelerating domestic substitution of core components such as automotive chips and operating systems will reduce reliance on foreign suppliers. Finally, national-level strategic coordination is essential to integrate upstream and downstream resources and build a secure, resilient industrial ecosystem.These ‘hard measures’ are not short-term fixes but long-term commitments backed by institutional support. Only through such sustained efforts can the NEV industry transition from policy-driven growth to genuine market-driven success and secure a leading position in global competition.
