Recently, China’s largest car carrier vessel, the ‘Nansha-built,’ successfully launched from the dock in Nansha District, Guangzhou, marking a significant breakthrough in China’s high-end shipbuilding sector. Built by CSSC Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd., the vessel measures 200 meters in length and 38 meters in width, with a capacity of 7,800 standard vehicle spaces—making it the largest domestically designed and constructed Pure Car and Truck Carrier (PCTC) to date.
