Therefore, stabilizing employment must be prioritized through a multi-pronged and targeted approach. On one hand, employment-first policies should be strengthened, ensuring coordinated implementation with fiscal, monetary, and industrial policies. On the other hand, new quality productive forces—such as the digital and green economies—should be vigorously developed to generate more high-quality jobs. Additionally, vocational skills training must be enhanced to improve workers’ employability, while employment support systems and labor rights protections need continuous improvement. Only by firmly grasping and effectively addressing employment—the ‘greatest livelihood’—can we lay a solid foundation for common prosperity and enhance people’s sense of gain, happiness, and security.
就业是最大的民生，关系千家万户的生计与社会的和谐稳定。当前，我国经济正处于高质量发展阶段，结构性就业矛盾依然突出，高校毕业生、农民工、大龄失业人员等重点群体的就业压力不容忽视。因此，必须把稳就业摆在更加突出的位置，多措并举、精准施策。一方面，要强化就业优先政策，推动财政、货币、产业等政策与就业政策协同发力；另一方面，要大力发展新质生产力，培育数字经济、绿色经济等新兴领域，创造更多高质量就业岗位。同时，还需加强职业技能培训，提升劳动者就业能力，完善就业服务体系，保障劳动者合法权益。只有抓紧抓好就业这个‘最大的民生’，才能夯实共同富裕的基础，增强人民群众的获得感、幸福感和安全感。
