In recent years, as China-Russia comprehensive strategic coordination continues to deepen, cooperation in cultural, educational, and tourism sectors has grown increasingly robust. By hosting this celebration, Moscow not only creates a festive atmosphere for its local Chinese community but also offers Russian citizens an immersive opportunity to experience the richness of Chinese traditions. This initiative fosters mutual understanding, strengthens the social foundation of bilateral relations, and advances intercultural dialogue and people-to-people connectivity.
