着力推动产学研系统化协同

Establishing long-term mechanisms—such as jointly built laboratories, industry-technology innovation alliances, and pilot-scale demonstration bases for technology transfer—can effectively bridge the ‘last mile’ gap between basic research and industrial application. Meanwhile, governments should play a guiding role by improving policy frameworks and optimizing intellectual property rights and benefit-sharing arrangements to incentivize active participation from all stakeholders. Only through such efforts can we truly establish an innovation ecosystem led by enterprises, driven by market demands, and deeply integrated across industry, academia, and research sectors—providing robust momentum for high-quality development.
