近日，中共中央政治局召开会议，分析研究2025年经济工作。会议指出，当前我国经济运行总体平稳、回升向好，但外部环境复杂严峻，国内有效需求仍显不足，结构性矛盾依然突出。为此，明年经济工作要坚持稳中求进工作总基调，完整、准确、全面贯彻新发展理念，加快构建新发展格局，着力推动高质量发展。会议强调，要加大宏观政策逆周期调节力度，积极的财政政策要适度加力、提质增效，稳健的货币政策要灵活适度、精准有力。同时，要切实扩大内需，激发民间投资活力，推动房地产市场平稳健康发展，防范化解重点领域风险。此外，会议还部署了深化改革开放、推进科技创新、保障和改善民生等重点任务，为实现明年经济社会发展目标提供坚实支撑。
Recently, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee convened a meeting to analyze and deliberate on economic work for 2025. The meeting noted that China’s economy is generally stable and showing signs of improvement, yet it faces a complex and challenging external environment, insufficient domestic demand, and persistent structural imbalances. To address these challenges, next year’s economic work will adhere to the overarching principle of pursuing progress while ensuring stability, fully and accurately implementing the new development philosophy, accelerating the creation of a new development pattern, and focusing on high-quality growth. The meeting stressed enhancing countercyclical macroeconomic policy adjustments: fiscal policy should be moderately more forceful and efficient, while monetary policy must remain flexible, targeted, and effective. It also called for concrete measures to expand domestic demand, energize private investment, promote the stable and healthy development of the real estate market, and guard against systemic risks in key sectors. Additionally, the meeting outlined priorities such as deepening reform and opening-up, advancing technological innovation, and improving people’s livelihoods—laying a solid foundation for achieving next year’s socioeconomic objectives.
