东北这条高铁为何不怕雪不怕冻

Northeast China experiences long, harsh winters with heavy snowfall, posing significant challenges to railway operations. However, the Harbin–Dalian High-Speed Railway, launched in recent years, has achieved year-round, uninterrupted high-speed service and is hailed as a ‘snow-proof and freeze-proof’ high-speed rail model. Its success stems from a combination of innovative engineering and technological solutions.First, over 90% of the line is built on elevated viaducts, which effectively prevents frost heave—a common issue with ground-level embankments in permafrost regions. Second, the track uses ballastless (slab) technology, offering greater stability and resistance to freeze-thaw cycles compared to traditional ballasted tracks. Additionally, the high-speed trains are specially modified for cold climates, featuring enhanced cabin sealing, heated braking systems, and thermal insulation for critical components.For snow removal, intelligent de-icing equipment and real-time meteorological monitoring systems enable proactive responses to blizzards. The overhead catenary system (power supply) is also treated with anti-icing coatings and equipped with automatic de-icing functions to prevent power outages caused by ice buildup.Thanks to these comprehensive, climate-specific measures, the Harbin–Dalian line safely maintains its designed speed of 350 km/h even at temperatures as low as -40°C, setting a benchmark for high-speed rail development in extreme cold regions.

中国东北地区冬季严寒漫长,积雪深厚,对铁路运行构成严峻挑战。然而,近年来开通的哈大高铁(哈尔滨至大连)却实现了全年无间断高速运行,被誉为‘不怕雪不怕冻’的高铁典范。其成功秘诀在于多项创新技术与工程设计的综合应用。首先,哈大高铁采用‘高架桥为主’的线路设计,90%以上路段建在桥梁上,有效避免了路基冻胀问题。其次,轨道系统使用无砟轨道技术,相比传统有砟轨道更稳定、不易受冻融循环影响。此外,动车组列车经过特殊防寒改造,包括密封性增强、制动系统加热、关键部件保温等,确保极寒条件下正常运行。在除雪方面,铁路部门配备智能除冰除雪设备,并建立气象预警系统,提前应对暴风雪天气。同时,接触网(供电系统)也采用防冰涂层和自动融冰技术,防止覆冰导致断电。正是这些针对性强、系统化的技术措施,使哈大高铁能在零下40℃的极端环境中保持350公里/小时的设计时速安全运行,成为中国高寒地区高铁建设的标杆。
