The public is also advised not to handle any unexploded ordnance or debris from the operations but to immediately contact local meteorological or public security departments instead. This initiative reflects Xinxiang’s proactive approach to addressing winter drought, supporting agricultural production, ensuring ecological water supply, and demonstrates the local government’s commitment to the scientific utilization of climate resources.
