Judicial authorities should expedite the development of specific evidentiary rules for AI-generated content, clarifying burden of proof, authentication standards, and technical review procedures. Only through such measures can procedural fairness be maintained while adapting to emerging technological trends. As generative AI becomes increasingly prevalent, similar scenarios will likely become more common, necessitating a scientifically sound, rigorous, and forward-looking legal response.
