On the environmental front, the Interim Measures for Voluntary Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Trading will also become effective on January 1, encouraging enterprises to participate in carbon credit trading and supporting China’s dual carbon goals.These new rules reflect the nation’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the rule of law, enhancing public welfare, and promoting sustainable development, with profound and positive impacts on both daily life and socio-economic operations.
