Local governments further accelerate this growth through policy support, financial incentives, and specialized industrial parks that foster clustering of upstream and downstream enterprises, enhancing collaborative efficiency. Moreover, the region’s dense network of universities and research institutions provides a steady stream of talent and technological innovation. As China advances its ‘dual carbon’ goals and accelerates the transition to green transportation, the Yangtze River Basin is poised to strengthen its strategic role in the national and global NEV supply chain, aiming to build internationally competitive industrial clusters.
