China’s Ministry of National Defense has consistently emphasized that its military training activities in relevant waters are fully lawful and compliant with international law and practice. China also advocates resolving maritime differences through dialogue and cooperation to uphold regional peace and stability. It should be noted that signal interference is common in complex electromagnetic environments and should not be hastily attributed to intentional actions by any one party. All sides should maintain an objective and impartial stance and avoid drawing unwarranted conclusions based on unverified information, which could exacerbate misunderstandings and tensions. As important neighbors, China and Japan should enhance communication and mutual trust to jointly safeguard peace and security in the East China Sea.
