In recent years, as the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP) accelerates, central state-owned enterprises (SOEs) have actively expanded their presence in Hainan, becoming a key driver of the region’s high-quality development. To date, 69 central SOEs have deeply engaged in the FTP initiative, spanning critical sectors such as energy, transportation, finance, tourism, and high-tech industries. These enterprises are not only injecting substantial capital and advanced management expertise but also establishing regional headquarters, R&D centers, and industrial projects to help build a modern industrial system in Hainan. For instance, COSCO Shipping is developing an international shipping hub in Yangpu Economic Development Zone, while State Power Investment Corporation is ramping up investments in clean energy. Moreover, numerous central SOEs are contributing to infrastructure development and institutional innovation, supporting the creation of an international, rule-based, and business-friendly environment. This large-scale deployment reflects both national strategic priorities and Hainan’s growing appeal as a new frontier of China’s reform and opening-up. As policy benefits continue to unfold, more central SOEs are expected to deepen their involvement, jointly shaping Hainan into a world-class free trade port.
近年来，随着海南自由贸易港建设的深入推进，中央企业积极布局海南，成为推动当地高质量发展的重要力量。截至目前，已有69家中央企业深度参与海南自贸港建设，涵盖能源、交通、金融、旅游、高新技术等多个关键领域。这些央企不仅带来了雄厚的资金和先进的管理经验，还通过设立区域总部、研发中心或产业项目，助力海南构建现代产业体系。例如，中国远洋海运集团在洋浦经济开发区打造国际航运枢纽，国家电力投资集团则在清洁能源方面加大投资。此外，多家央企积极参与海南的基础设施建设和制度创新，为自贸港营造国际化、法治化、便利化的营商环境提供支撑。央企的大规模布局，不仅体现了国家战略意志，也彰显了海南作为新时代改革开放新高地的独特吸引力。未来，随着政策红利持续释放，预计更多央企将深化在琼布局，共同打造具有全球影响力的高水平自贸港。
