中国首个沙地柔性支架光伏项目并网

Recently, China’s first flexible-mount photovoltaic (PV) project on sandy land was successfully connected to the grid in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. Located on the edge of the Kubuqi Desert, the 100-megawatt project employs an innovative flexible racking system that overcomes the challenges of installing traditional rigid mounts on loose, unstable sand. The flexible mounting technology is lightweight, highly adaptable to uneven terrain, and offers superior resistance to wind and sand—making it ideal for deserts and other complex landscapes. Once operational, the project is expected to generate approximately 180 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually, reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 140,000 tons per year. Beyond clean energy production, the initiative pioneers a new model of ‘PV + ecological restoration,’ combining power generation with vegetation recovery to improve local ecosystems. This demonstration project not only advances renewable energy development in arid regions but also provides a replicable technical and practical framework for large-scale solar deployment across China’s western desert areas.

近日,中国首个沙地柔性支架光伏项目在内蒙古自治区成功并网发电。该项目位于库布其沙漠边缘,总装机容量达100兆瓦,采用创新的柔性支架技术,有效解决了传统刚性支架在松软沙地上安装困难、稳定性差的问题。柔性支架具有重量轻、适应地形能力强、抗风沙性能好等优势,特别适用于沙漠、戈壁等复杂地貌。项目并网后,预计年均发电量可达1.8亿千瓦时,每年可减少二氧化碳排放约14万吨,对推动荒漠地区清洁能源开发和生态修复具有重要意义。此外,该项目还探索了‘光伏+生态治理’新模式,在发电的同时通过植被恢复改善局部生态环境,实现经济效益与生态效益双赢。这一示范工程的成功实施,为我国在西部沙区大规模推广光伏能源提供了可复制、可推广的技术路径和实践经验。
