韩国制定出口160亿美元食品等目标

The South Korean government recently announced a plan to increase exports of food, beverages, and agricultural products to $16 billion by 2027, aiming to boost the internationalization of its agri-food sector. This target is set against the backdrop of rising global demand for healthy and safe food, with strategies focusing on brand development, market expansion, and enhanced export support systems to strengthen the competitiveness of Korean food products abroad.To achieve this goal, the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs will prioritize iconic items such as kimchi, Korean sauces, ginseng-based products, and ready-to-eat rice meals. It will also intensify efforts to enter emerging markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. Additional measures include promoting digital marketing, participating in international food expos, streamlining export inspection procedures, and offering tailored consulting services and financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).The global rise of the Korean Wave (Hallyu) has significantly heightened international interest in Korean cuisine, creating favorable conditions for food exports. In 2023, South Korea’s food exports already surpassed $9 billion, reaching a record high. With continued policy implementation, the $16 billion target appears attainable, further solidifying South Korea’s position as a leading exporter of high-quality food in Asia.

韩国政府近日宣布,计划到2027年将食品、饮料及农产品的出口额提升至160亿美元,以推动农业和食品产业的国际化发展。这一目标是在全球对健康、安全食品需求不断增长的背景下制定的,旨在通过加强品牌建设、拓展海外市场、优化出口支持体系等方式,提升韩国食品的国际竞争力。为实现该目标,韩国农林畜产食品部将重点扶持泡菜、韩式酱料、人参制品、即食米饭等具有代表性的本土产品,并加大对新兴市场的开拓力度,如东南亚、中东和拉美地区。同时,政府还将推动数字化营销、参与国际食品展会、简化出口检验流程,并为中小企业提供定制化出口咨询与资金支持。近年来,韩流文化(K-Wave)在全球持续升温,带动了海外消费者对韩国饮食文化的兴趣,为食品出口创造了良好契机。2023年韩国食品出口额已突破90亿美元,创下历史新高。若能持续推进政策落地,160亿美元的目标有望如期实现,进一步巩固韩国作为亚洲优质食品出口国的地位。
