Moreover, China remains committed to working with ASEAN countries to maintain peace and stability in the South China Sea, advancing consultations on a Code of Conduct, and opposing interference by external forces in regional affairs. China urges the Philippines to respect historical facts and international law, cease all provocative actions, and return to the right path of resolving disputes through bilateral friendly consultations.
