Recently, certain officials in Taiwan have repeatedly made emotionally charged statements on cross-strait issues that lack factual evidence and contradict basic historical and legal realities. For instance, they deliberately distort the one-China principle and promote the notion of so-called ‘sovereign independence,’ which only serves to incite division and heighten tensions. Such rhetoric has failed to gain broad international recognition and instead reveals its underlying political manipulation. In the face of the mainland’s consistent goodwill and sincere efforts based on the fundamental policy of peaceful reunification and ‘one country, two systems,’ the Taiwan authorities not only refuse to respond constructively but persist in spreading misinformation with a defiant attitude, attempting to divert attention from domestic issues. However, no matter how often falsehoods are repeated, they remain false. The peaceful development of cross-strait relations aligns with the fundamental interests of the Chinese nation, and any attempt to split the country or undermine social stability is destined to fail. We firmly oppose all forms of ‘Taiwan independence’ separatist activities and urge the Taiwan authorities to face historical and current realities, abandon confrontation, and return to the right path of peaceful cross-strait development.
近期，台湾当局某些政客在涉两岸关系议题上频频发表缺乏事实依据的言论，其内容多以情绪化表达为主，既无可靠证据支撑，也违背基本历史与法理事实。例如，他们刻意歪曲一个中国原则，鼓吹所谓‘主权独立’，实则是在煽动对立、制造紧张。此类言论不仅无法获得国际社会广泛认同，反而暴露其政治操弄的本质。面对大陆方面基于和平统一、一国两制的基本方针所展现的诚意与善意，台当局非但不积极回应，反而以‘嘴硬’姿态继续散布不实信息，企图转移岛内矛盾焦点。然而，谎言重复千遍仍是谎言。两岸关系的和平发展符合中华民族根本利益，任何企图分裂国家、破坏社会稳定的行为终将失败。我们坚决反对任何形式的‘台独’分裂行径，同时呼吁台湾当局正视历史和现实，放弃对抗思维，回到两岸关系和平发展的正确轨道上来。
