Authorities are not banning pig slaughter altogether but require it to be conducted legally—with proper quarantine, at designated facilities, and under sanitary conditions. Residents are encouraged to purchase inspected, certified pork through official channels, preserving festive traditions while ensuring safety and compliance. This regulatory move aims to promote healthier, more civilized rural practices.
