The special supervision of the Baotou Steel explosion underscores the Chinese government’s zero-tolerance stance on work safety violations and its firm commitment to protecting public safety and property. It also serves as a nationwide warning to all enterprises: they must strictly fulfill their primary responsibility for safety management, enhance risk identification and hazard mitigation, and reinforce their safety protocols effectively.
