Special attention will be given to rural residents, low-income groups, college graduates, and migrant workers, with targeted policies designed to broaden their income sources. This initiative represents a crucial step in implementing China’s 14th Five-Year Plan and its long-term vision through 2035, helping to stimulate domestic demand, stabilize economic growth, and lay the foundation for a fairer and more sustainable society.
