Horizon will supply its high-performance, low-power Journey series automotive AI chips along with supporting algorithms, ensuring an optimal balance between computing power and energy efficiency. The first BAIC vehicle equipped with this urban NOA system is expected to enter mass production by the end of 2024, initially available in select cities with high-definition map coverage, with plans for nationwide rollout in the near future. This initiative not only enhances BAIC’s competitiveness in the smart EV market but also fosters the co-development of China’s domestic intelligent driving ecosystem.
