Recently, Zeekr officially announced that its new mid-to-large all-electric SUV, the Zeekr 8X, is expected to launch in Q1 2024. Built on the Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA), the Zeekr 8X represents a strategic addition to Zeekr’s intelligent EV lineup, positioned between the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr 007, aiming to broaden the brand’s product portfolio and meet growing demand for premium smart electric mobility.According to available information, the Zeekr 8X will feature Zeekr’s latest advanced driver-assistance system, supporting highway NOA (Navigation on Autopilot) and high-level urban driving assistance. The vehicle will also adopt an 800V high-voltage fast-charging platform, enabling over 200 km of range with just five minutes of charging. Inside, the cabin reflects Zeekr’s signature minimalist yet tech-forward design, equipped with a large central touchscreen, AR-HUD, and a premium audio system for an immersive smart cockpit experience.Powertrain options will include both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive variants, offering a CLTC-rated range of up to 700+ kilometers. Priced competitively between RMB 250,000 and 350,000, the Zeekr 8X is set to challenge rivals like the Tesla Model Y and XPeng G9, further solidifying Zeekr’s position in China’s premium new energy vehicle market.
