Shenzhen police urge residents to remain vigilant: legitimate airlines will never ask for your bank card password or SMS verification code for refunds or changes. If you receive such a call, always verify flight details through official channels, avoid clicking on suspicious links, and never grant remote control access to strangers. In case of fraud, report it to the police immediately and contact your bank to freeze your account to minimize losses.
