The province has also established an evaluation and feedback mechanism for the business environment, incorporating third-party assessments to drive continuous improvement. Through these systematic and integrated reforms, Henan aims to build a market-oriented, law-based, and internationally competitive business environment, attracting more high-quality enterprises and investment projects and providing strong support for high-quality development in China’s central region.
