When PPTs are used, they must focus on substantive content and avoid excessive design and lengthy presentations.This move helps reduce the burden on grassroots staff, cut administrative costs, and encourage officials to focus on practical problems and solutions rather than stylistic presentation. It is also seen as an implementation of the central government’s directive to reduce burdens on基层 (grassroots) units and is expected to promote a more pragmatic and efficient work style.
