受静稳天气及污染物积累影响，华北中南部、黄淮中西部等地近期出现雾霾天气。能见度普遍降低至3公里以下，部分地区不足500米，对交通出行和人体健康造成较大影响。气象监测显示，河北中南部、山西南部、河南中西部、山东西部等地PM2.5浓度显著升高，空气质量达中度至重度污染水平。
