Additionally, public safety education should be intensified to raise awareness, particularly among youth, and enhance their capacity for self-protection and mutual rescue. The Municipal Party Committee stressed that any individuals or entities found negligent in fulfilling their duties or implementing safety measures will face strict accountability in accordance with laws and regulations, thereby reinforcing the safeguard of public safety and property.
