China consistently upholds the principles of respecting national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and non-interference in internal affairs. It also called on all relevant parties to address differences constructively and help steer Venezuela toward stability and development. Furthermore, China affirmed that its normal economic and trade cooperation with Venezuela—including in the energy sector—is conducted in accordance with international law and market principles, and should not be subjected to unwarranted accusations or restrictions.
