Recently, Suqian City in Jiangsu Province announced the establishment of an ‘Industrial Agglomeration Development Fund,’ led by local state-owned capital, aimed at promoting the clustering and upgrading of key local industrial chains. Additionally, the fund will be complemented by comprehensive support measures—including policy incentives, talent recruitment, and financial services—to build a full-chain industrial ecosystem and inject new momentum into Suqian’s development as a modern industrial powerhouse.
