China consistently advocates resolving differences through dialogue and cooperation and opposes any country using cybersecurity as a pretext to form exclusive blocs or make unfounded accusations. China urges Japan to adopt a constructive approach in international cyber governance and refrain from actions or rhetoric that could undermine mutual trust or exacerbate tensions, thereby making tangible contributions to regional peace and cooperation.
