Additionally, the mechanism may leverage big data and digital tools to enable dynamic monitoring and scientific distribution of education funds, ensuring every yuan is spent effectively. This reform is expected not only to alleviate local fiscal pressures but also to provide a solid foundation for building a high-quality education system.
