As a nationally significant hub for science, technology, and advanced manufacturing, Xi’an boasts strong educational, research, and industrial foundations. The establishment of this fund further solidifies its strategic role in China’s western semiconductor landscape and supports its ambition to become a semiconductor powerhouse with national and global influence.
