Recently, China Southern Power Grid Energy Development Co., Ltd. (CSG Energy), a comprehensive energy service company under China Southern Power Grid, announced that its majority-owned subsidiary—Guangxi Nanneng Changling New Energy Co., Ltd. (Nanneng Changling)—plans to file for bankruptcy reorganization due to prolonged operational difficulties and insolvency. Established in 2017, Nanneng Changling primarily invested in and operated distributed photovoltaic and biomass energy projects. However, the company has suffered continuous losses in recent years due to long project repayment cycles, high financing costs, and breaches of contract by certain partners, leading to severe cash flow constraints. By the end of 2023, its asset-liability ratio exceeded 100%, rendering it unable to repay maturing debts. CSG Energy stated that the bankruptcy reorganization aims to introduce strategic investors, optimize asset structure, mitigate debt risks through judicial proceedings, and protect the legitimate rights of creditors and employees as much as possible. Notably, Nanneng Changling represents a relatively small portion of CSG Energy’s overall assets, and the move is not expected to significantly impact the parent company’s core operations or financial health. This action reflects CSG Energy’s proactive strategy to divest underperforming assets, refocus on its core business, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
近日，南方电网旗下综合能源服务企业——南网能源发布公告称，其控股子公司南能昌菱（全称：广西南能昌菱新能源有限公司）因长期经营困难、资不抵债，拟向法院申请破产重整。南能昌菱成立于2017年，主要从事分布式光伏、生物质能等清洁能源项目的投资与运营。然而，受项目回款周期长、融资成本高及部分合作方违约等因素影响，公司近年来持续亏损，现金流严重紧张。截至2023年底，其资产负债率已超过100%，已无法清偿到期债务。南网能源表示，此次申请破产重整旨在通过司法程序引入战略投资者、优化资产结构、化解债务风险，并尽可能保障债权人和员工的合法权益。值得注意的是，南能昌菱的资产规模占南网能源整体比重较小，预计不会对公司主营业务和财务状况造成重大影响。此举也被视为南网能源主动清理低效资产、聚焦核心业务、提升整体运营效率的重要举措。
