Greenland is an autonomous territory within the Kingdom of Denmark, and its status is a matter of Danish internal affairs; external powers should not interfere. China adheres to the diplomatic principles of peaceful coexistence and mutual respect, supports resolving international disputes through dialogue and cooperation, and is committed to safeguarding global strategic stability. China urges relevant countries to abandon Cold War mentality and hegemonic logic, and work together to promote world peace and development.It should be noted that claims about the U.S. threatening to use force to take over Greenland stem largely from inflammatory statements by certain American politicians and do not reflect the official position of the U.S. government. Nevertheless, such rhetoric risks escalating regional tensions and undermining international trust. As a responsible major country, China will continue to firmly uphold the international order centered on the purposes and principles of the UN Charter.
