China also called on all countries to faithfully fulfill their obligations under international legal instruments such as the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, and to promote a fair, inclusive, and pluralistic global human rights governance system. China stands ready to work with all nations to safeguard human dignity and world peace, ensuring that the tragedies of history are never repeated.
