At this critical juncture, it is essential to maintain an unwavering commitment to strict discipline, prioritize the Party’s political development, and deeply understand the decisive significance of upholding the ‘Two Establishments.’ This includes strengthening the ‘Four Consciousnesses,’ enhancing the ‘Four Confidences,’ and ensuring the ‘Two Upholds.’ Efforts must continue to intensify the anti-corruption campaign by simultaneously promoting mechanisms that deter corruption, prevent opportunities for corruption, and foster a culture that rejects corruption. Supervision over top leaders and leadership teams should be reinforced, and the internal Party oversight system improved. Persistent implementation of the CPC Central Committee’s Eight-point Regulation is vital to rectify entrenched problems such as formalism and bureaucratism. Furthermore, Party members and officials should seize the opportunity presented by thematic education to strengthen their ideals, convictions, and party spirit, thereby driving comprehensive and strict governance over the Party deeper and providing a solid political foundation for building a modern socialist country in all respects.
2023年是全面贯彻落实党的二十大精神的开局之年，也是推进全面从严治党的关键一年。在这一重要节点，必须坚持严的主基调不动摇，把党的政治建设摆在首位，深刻领悟‘两个确立’的决定性意义，增强‘四个意识’、坚定‘四个自信’、做到‘两个维护’。要持续深化反腐败斗争，一体推进不敢腐、不能腐、不想腐机制建设；强化对‘一把手’和领导班子的监督，完善党内监督体系；锲而不舍落实中央八项规定精神，纠治形式主义、官僚主义等顽瘴痼疾。同时，要以主题教育为契机，加强党员干部理想信念教育和党性锤炼，推动全面从严治党向纵深发展，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供坚强政治保障。
