Today’s focus is on improving reliability, explainability, safety, and ethical safeguards—particularly around data privacy and bias mitigation. Looking ahead, with advances in computing power, algorithmic efficiency, and data availability, AI is expected to become more effective, accessible, and responsibly deployed, gradually progressing toward the long-term vision of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
