These tasks address both immediate economic challenges and long-term strategic goals, reflecting a policy approach of ‘stability with progress’ and ‘progress to reinforce stability.’ Through coordinated implementation and targeted measures, China aims to consolidate its economic recovery, strengthen endogenous growth drivers, and lay a solid foundation for Chinese-style modernization.
