It advised the public to consult official sources—such as the embassy’s website or authorized visa application centers—for the most up-to-date and accurate entry and exit regulations. Even if both countries move toward more convenient visa arrangements in the future, any changes will be subject to formal announcements by the respective governments.This clarification aims to correct misinformation and prevent travel disruptions caused by misunderstandings. While China and Russia, as comprehensive strategic cooperative partners, continue enhancing people-to-people exchanges, current visa requirements must still be followed in accordance with the law.
