Recently, China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) announced the full commissioning of the Liuhua oilfield redevelopment project. Located in the eastern South China Sea, this project is China’s first integrated development initiative combining deepwater and marginal field technologies. By deploying advanced subsea production systems, intelligent water injection and production techniques, and a digital management platform, the project has significantly improved recovery rates while reducing both development costs and environmental impact. The full-scale startup marks a critical milestone in China’s capability to efficiently develop deepwater oil and gas fields. It not only strengthens national energy security but also offers a replicable and scalable technical and operational model for future marginal field developments. Once at full capacity, the project is expected to produce over one million tons of crude oil annually, providing a new energy boost to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
近日，中国海洋石油集团有限公司（中海油）宣布，流花油田二次开发项目已实现全面投产。该项目位于南海东部海域，是我国首个采用‘深水+边际油田’一体化开发模式的示范工程。通过引入先进的水下生产系统、智能注采技术和数字化管理平台，流花油田在提升采收率的同时显著降低了开发成本和环境影响。此次全面投产标志着我国在深水油气田高效开发领域迈出了关键一步，不仅增强了国家能源安全保障能力，也为后续类似边际油田的经济高效开发提供了可复制、可推广的技术路径和运营经验。项目达产后，预计年均原油产量将超过100万吨，为粤港澳大湾区能源供应注入新动力。
