This approach avoids redundant financial investments while allowing data to flow more efficiently and reducing the need for citizens to navigate multiple channels, ultimately facilitating convenience for the public and businesses.After this reform, residents at the grassroots level no longer need to download multiple apps; instead, they can handle high-frequency matters such as social security, healthcare, and household registration through “Su Ban Ban.” This marks a shift in Jiangsu’s government services from quantity expansion to quality optimization, serving as a practical step in deepening reforms to streamline administration, delegate power, and improve services, while also advancing digital government construction. It provides a reference for other regions to integrate governmental resources and enhance service efficiency.
